It is our pleasure to present Volume 5, Issue 2 (2025) of The International Journal on Technology Innovation and Management (IJTIM), as we continue to advance rigorous and relevant scholarship at the intersection of technology, innovation, and managerial practice. This issue brings together a rich collection of qualitative, empirical, and conceptual studies that address contemporary organizational and societal challenges in an increasingly complex and uncertain global environment.
