The aim of IJTOP is to disseminate knowledge and expand cognition; providing scholars and learners updated sciences of theory and practices in the field of organizational behavior that contribute to the body of knowledge and sciences through publishing original empirical papers, as well as theoretical, conceptual manuscripts in some cases.
