Abstract

Introduction: The Southeast Asian fruit Garcinia cambogia has become well-known as a weight-loss pill because of its supposed ability to inhibit appetite and obstruct fat. The goal of this review is to thoroughly assess the scientific data on the efficacy and safety of Garcinia cambogia for a range of medical ailments.

Methodology: To find research on how Garcinia cambogia affects blood sugar regulation, cholesterol levels, weight reduction, and other health outcomes, a thorough search of pertinent scientific databases will be carried out.
