It is our pleasure to present Volume 1, Issue 1 (2024) of The  International Journal of Health and Medical Innovation (IJHMI), continuing our commitment to publishing rigorous and impactful research in health and biomedical sciences. This issue features focused experimental and analytical studies addressing metabolic health and natural therapeutic interventions, including investigations into antihyperlipidemic and antiobesity effects of plant-based extracts, as well as comprehensive evaluations of widely used nutraceuticals. The contributions in this volume highlight the growing importance of evidence-based assessment of natural compounds in addressing contemporary public health challenges.
