Abstract

Abstract

This study discusses how AI can be properly used to improve project risk management in the digital transformation area, prioritizing the UAE's strategic direction and worldwide best practices. A qualitative methodology is integrated, reflecting semi-structured interviews with industry professionals in technology and leadership roles, perceptions from best practice evaluation, and a detailed literature review. This research points out that AI tools like machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics provide proactive data approaches to risk mitigation, specifically enhancing operational efficiency and decision-making.

The research discovers that effective AI operation requires clear association with administrative goals, stakeholder faith, ethical agendas, and investments in digital competencies. Interview results show a hybrid method, where AI supports over substitutes human oversight. Challenges such as skill gaps and confrontation to modify are being addressed through clearness and exercise. This research accomplishes some applicable proposals to support AI incorporation in project risk administration, providing vital insights for institutions pursuing sustainable digital modification.
