For Authors

Authors should submit only original papers that have been carefully written and proofread. Before submission, please make sure that your paper is prepared using the journal paper template. This will ensure fast processing and publication. A blind peer review process shall assess the appropriateness of the paper to the publication in our journal. Acceptance or rejection notification will be sent to all authors directly by journal submission system.

The IJCIM invites contribution in the following categories:

  1. Original research.
  2. Survey/Review articles, providing a comprehensive review on a scientific topic.
  3. Fast Communications: Short, self-contained articles on ongoing research.
  4. Technical Notes.

We accept extended version of papers previously published in conferences and/or journals, if there’s new and obvious contribution added to the paper.

Submitted papers MUST be written only in English, and following the IJCIM paper format. Authors advised not to submit papers with more than 6000 words without reasonable justification.

During indexing process the authors' names as given in the “journal submission system” will be considered.

Note (Important)

This is a strict instruction for all the authors that the research paper should be original. The matter of research paper is clearly identified as to its original source, with permission notices from the copyright owners where required. The undersigned of copyright form represents that the author has the power and the authority to make the execute this assignment.

Although IJCIM do not accepts paraphrased, molded or copied research paper. But still if there will be any issue then the only author of research paper will be responsible.

IJCIM Plagiarism Policy

Plagiarism is a serious offense in the academic world and is not tolerated by TIM journal. All submitted articles must be original and free of any form of plagiarism, including direct copying, paraphrasing, or republishing of someone else's work without proper attribution.

If a submitted article is found to contain plagiarized material, it will be rejected immediately. If a published article is discovered to contain plagiarism, it will be retracted and the authors will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action.

We encourage authors to properly cite all sources used in their research and to carefully review their work prior to submission to ensure originality. The journal uses plagiarism detection software to screen all submitted articles for instances of plagiarism.

By submitting an article to this journal, the authors acknowledge that they are responsible for the originality of their work and agree to abide by IJCIM plagiarism policy.

Similarity percentage should not exceed 15%, exclude references, no single source more than 3%.
