Thank you for considering the International Journal on Green and Smart Management (IJGSM) as the venue for your research publication. To ensure a smooth submission and review process, please adhere to the following instructions and guidelines:

Manuscript Types:

IJGSM invites the following manuscript types:

Original Research Articles: Empirical studies or theoretical analyses in green and smart management.

  • Review Articles: Thorough, critical reviews of specific topics within green and smart management.
  • Case Studies: Detailed analyses of instances where green and smart management strategies have been implemented.
  • Short Communications: Quick reports or novel ideas in green and smart management.
  • Letters to the Editor: Comments or discussions related to articles previously published in IJGSM.
  • Book Reviews: Analyses of recent books relevant to the scope of green and smart management.

Manuscript Preparation:

Adhere to these guidelines for manuscript preparation (sample format available for download):

  • Language: Clear, grammatically correct English.
  • File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx).
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12-point, double-spaced.
  • Layout: A4 size, 1-inch margins.
  • Page Numbering:All pages should be numbered consecutively.
  • Word Limit: Original and review articles should not exceed 8,000-10,000 words, including references, tables, and figures.

Manuscript Structure:

Organize your manuscript in the following order (not limited to):

  • Title Page: Include the manuscript title, author names, affiliations, and contact information for the corresponding author.
  • Abstract: Provide a concise (250 words max.) and informative abstract summarizing the main findings and conclusions of your study.
  • Keywords: List 4-6 keywords for indexing purposes.
  • Introduction: Introduce the background, context, research question, and objectives of your study.
  • Literature Review (if applicable): Review relevant literature to contextualize your research.
  • Methods: Describe the research design, data collection, and data analysis procedures used in your study.
  • Results: Present your findings in a clear and logical manner, using tables and figures as necessary.
  • Discussion: Interpret your results, highlight their implications, and relate them to the existing literature.
  • Conclusion: Summarize the main findings, discuss their implications, and suggest directions for future research.
  • Acknowledgments (if applicable): Acknowledge any funding sources, assistance, or support received during your research.
  • Conflict of Interest Statement: Disclose any conflicts of interest or potential conflicts of interest.
  • References: Use the IJGSM citation style (see Section 4 below) to list all cited works.

Citation Style:

The (IJGSM) uses the APA citation style. Please ensure that all in-text citations and reference list entries adhere to this format, while “Mendeley” should be used. For more information on (APA) citation style, visit the official APA Style website.

Figures and Tables:

  • Number figures and tables consecutively as they appear in the text.
  • Provide a descriptive caption for each figure and table.
  • Embed figures and tables in the appropriate location within the manuscript.
  • Ensure that all figures and tables are of high quality and resolution.

Submission Process:

Submit your manuscript through the IJGSM's online submission system. You will be required to create an account if you do not already have one. Follow the prompts to upload your manuscript and any supplementary files.
