Abstract

Employee engagement is a critical factor that can significantly impact organizational performance, and the engagement levels of both male and female employees play a crucial role in shaping various aspects of a company's success. There are several ways in which the engagement of male and female employees can influence organizational performance. This study investigates how both male and female employees' engagement is integral to organizational success. A diverse and engaged workforce contributes to a positive workplace culture, enhances performance, and positions the organization for long-term sustainability in a competitive business environment with consideration to digital transformation of organizations in the United Arab Emirates.
